Stern Grove Festival 2025

I was honored to bring my creative vision to Stern Grove Festival for the summer of 2025, the 88th season of free music in San Francisco. When the festival chose to work with local artists for their poster and merchandise designs, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute my own ideas and style to this historic SF institution.

These Stern Grove merchandise designs were born from sitting on the actual stage and observing the interplay of light, nature, and space that makes this venue special. The filtered sunlight through eucalyptus trees, circling birds of prey, and nasturtiums covering the ground became my visual language for expressing how nature, music, and community unite in this San Francisco landmark. Through vibrant graphics and organic forms, these pieces celebrate Stern Grove Festival as the iconic institution bringing music and community to all.

Being selected to create merchandise for such a significant San Francisco tradition was both an honor and a responsibility—to capture the essence of a place that holds deep meaning for countless music lovers and community members throughout the Bay Area. The designs reflect not just the festival's visual identity, but the spirit of accessibility, natural beauty, and cultural connection that makes Stern Grove a true San Francisco treasure.
